Company History

1995

James Guarino started Extreme Realty as an Investment Sales Firm.

1996

Extreme Realty started privately financing.

2003

As their business was expanding, Extreme Realty moved to 5th Avenue and 20th Street in Manhattan.

2009

Extreme Realty changed its name to ERG and started working strictly on exclusive listings.

2009

ERG formed a Capital Advisors Division to do mortgage brokerage, and a property management division to oversee its own properties, as well as manage properties in receivership.

2015

ERG moved to 777 3rd Avenue in Manhattan to continue growing its client base, and expand its services.

2017

Andrew Walsh became a partner at ERG.

2018

ERG purchased and moved to 255 Glen Cove Road in Carle Place, NY.
