ERG Commercial Real Estate is a full service commercial real estate firm specializing on investment sales, commercial financing, and private lending currently serving the New York-Metro area, including all five boroughs, Long Island and Westchester.

We are hiring Spring of 2024 Associate Advisors with start date end of May.

(limited to 5 positions)

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Develop in depth understanding of market trends
  • Market Research
  • Prospecting new business opportunities
  • Cold calling, email outreach, networking
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Our firm is looking for competitive driven individuals looking to maximize their earning potential in the commercial real estate business. You will be canvasing new business, building client relationships, valuating opportunities and negotiating deals. Our 25+ years of experience allows newcomers to gain knowledge in different sides of the business and complete transitions in all assets types.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2-3 yrs experience in: Investment Sales, Acquisitions, CRE Capital Markets
  • Proficiency in Capital Markets, Investment Sales, Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational, analytical, detail oriented, negotiating skills
  • Experience in sales or marketing
  • Professional work ethic and integrity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Team-oriented individual
  • Desire to become a leader and expert in an appointed submarket
  • Strong computer skills

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating commercial real estate investment transactions, fostering new business opportunities and referral sources
  • Property and Market analysis
  • Negotiating contracts and closings

  • Conduct showings of investment properties
