Job Training

ERG Commercial Real Estate specializes in investment sales and financing. We are currently looking for new team members for our office in Carle Place, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating commercial real estate investment transactions and fostering new business opportunities
  • Forming and maintaining client relationships
  • Business development
  • Investment property analysis
  • Market research
  • Contract negotiation/ closings
  • Energetic marketing of listed commercial properties
  • Handle calls from potential sellers/buyers/clients
  • Conduct showings of investment properties

What we are looking for

  • Team-oriented individual

  • Ability to strategize effectively
  • Desire to become a leader and expert in an appointed submarket
  • Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
