The Property Manager will be responsible for managing our portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, financially successful, and compliant with all regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.

What we are looking for:

  • Must have own vehicle
  • Strong understanding of property maintenance, leasing, and legal requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for all properties
  • Manage tenant relations, facilitate maintenance concerns
  • Managing on site building superintendents
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and landlord-tenant laws

Our firm is seeking motivated, competitive individual eager to maximize their earning potential in the commercial real estate industry. As Head of Retail Leasing, you will lead the retail leasing team and drive the division’s growth. Your responsibilities will include developing strategy and optimizing assets across the New York Metro area, covering all five boroughs, Long Island, and Westchester. This role demands a visionary leader with strong industry relationships, market expertise, and a proven ability to generate revenue through innovative leasing and tenant mix strategies.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail leasing.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and occupancy in a competitive market.
  • Excellent negotiation, financial analysis, communication and leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, retail trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • NYS Real Estate License.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute the retail leasing and asset management strategy to maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Conduct valuations on retail spaces.
  • Identify and secure high-quality retail tenants, negotiating leases and renewals.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships.
  • Oversee the performance of retail assets, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.
  • Lead a team of leasing agents, fostering a high-performance culture.
