Our firm is seeking motivated, competitive individual eager to maximize their earning potential in the commercial real estate industry. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the managing director to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, valuate prospects, and negotiate transactions. With over 25 years of industry experience, we offer the guidance and resources needed to help newcomers confidently navigate the business and close deals across a diverse range of asset types

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in real estate, administrative roles, or marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling client meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare marketing materials, property set ups.
  • Manage property listings, update databases, and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct market research and compile data on properties, clients, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate property showings.
  • Assist with transaction processes, including document preparation, due diligence, and tracking deadlines.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
  • Overseeing transaction pipeline.
  • Prospecting new leads.

Compensation:

Percentage plus commission
