Erg Commercial Real Estate recently promoted Ryan Lewis from senior advisor to managing director at the Long Island, New York-based investment sales, finance and property management firm. In his new role, Lewis is responsible for managing the commercial sales and investment team, handling deal flow, broker training and helping to close sales, financing and private lending deals.
