Yenny Melelli

Yenny is currently Head of Operations & Recruitment at ERG Commercial Real Estate. Prior to her position at ERG, she was working in the medical field as an Office Manager/Insurance biller.

After many years in the medical field she decided it was time for a change and became very intrigued in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Yenny enjoys the day to day operations to ensure the office runs as efficiently as possible. Finding agents with the best skills, experience, and personality to bring on board is something she is very passionate about.

When she is not working, she enjoys working out, spending time with family and loves going to the beach in the summer.
