The borrower was looking for long term, self-liquidating financing on their 13-unit multi-family building. ERG was able to get the client a 4% fixed rate loan for a 15 year term with a 15 year amortization schedule, ensuring there was no balloon payment at the end of the loan. Despite the recent COVID-19 Pandemic, we were able to close the deal remotely while navigating new lending guidelines.
